I finally got around to buying this ‘All Occasions’ embossing folder, and now lm having fun experimenting! I used the letter press style of embossing, where you ink the folder before embossing. I love the effect. Please let me know if you think the brown one needs a greeting! I didn’t want it to look too busy, but not sure if it’s OK as it is.
Hello again! Here’s a card I’ve made for a little girl who loves fairies. I found this beautiful paper in my stash and also the stamp and die cuts that I’ve used. Hope she likes it!
This is a card l made for a friend. The background is embossed with flowers and the fence is stamped and cut, added a die cut bird, die cut message and stamps inside the card itself. All of the ink is Sepia colour.
I liked that last bird and fence card so much that l made another! I made the fence, added some card candi as bolts, and some trailing ivy. Added a die cut bird and stamped a few flying birds too.
Ive had this lovely pink bird paper for ages, so thought l would add a bird and a fence, to see how it would look, and it worked! The bird is a Papermania stamp, stamped onto coloured paper. The fence is clear ink stamped in wood grain effect onto Kraft paper and then heat embossed in white. I also added a branch die (Spellbinders)
