Clean and Simple

Standard

I wanted to make a clean and simple card, but am not very practised at it.

Here I am using a Stampin Up set, stamped onto hammered white card, and matted into green paper.

Its a lovely stamp set.

Its Summer Time!

Standard

….so it must be time for another Christmas Card! Wey hey!

A simple ink embossed background with holly dies and stamped letters. Backed onto black card. The colour is unusual for Christmas, but I like it.

The second card is similar, embossed with a snowflake on the front, inked the snowflakes and a stamped Noel and ribbon at the bottom.

Here Comes Santa!!

And yet ANOTHER Crimbo card! I made this with Papermania Glitter Paper. If you haven’t got any, don’t bother! Its murder to cut or stick anything to! It tears on the guillotine too! Argh! Here I ink embossed the snow embossing folder, with Tim Holtz Broken China ink pad, added my die cuts (unbranded so don’t know the make) and backed it with more glitter paper. I love the look, but its hard to work with!

Sea Theme cards

Standard

I recently bought these High Tide stamps (StampinUp) and, inspired by a card I saw on Pinterest, l thought I would give a go.

I’m quite pleased with the results. Im showing all three cards here.

I inked the card using a dauber for the sky and sea, and found l only had one stamp for foliage so used that! (Ahem! Must remedy that straight away!!!)
