I made this card for my GP who is leaving our surgery. I will miss her! We always had a little hug at the end of the consultation!
Using the aforementioned technique of ink dusting through a stencil, and I then cut out a stamped image of two girls hugging and matted onto a co-ordinating colour card.
I used my ink duster brushes (thanks Trish Lewis for putting me onto these little wonders!) to ink through my stencil and added the lovely ballerina die cuts. Hope you like it.
I used my ink duster brushes to carefully ink through the stencil, to keep to the pattern, which gives a nice light colour without being patchy as it can be when using the sponge dauber and ink and then I cut the die and matted it onto black card.
I am always really nervous about creating a scene, so I breathed a big sigh when I finished this. I think Ive got the perspective correct!
I inked through a sun ray stencil and then stamped the hills. The people on bench and grass is a die cut.
